Has anyone completed the XML Cookbook?

If you have completed the XML Cookbook exercises without getting any error
report logs, would you let me compare your files with mine? 

I have tried the exercises repeatedly. I have tried them following the
instructions step by step and I have tried them using the ChapterEDD.fm and
ChapterReadWriteRules.fm provided in the Completed folder.

I still get the XML read report log with the following error messages after
I select "TechPubs" from the "Use Structured Application' drop-down menu,
and click Continue (step 1 on page 79):

XML Parser Messages (Document Instance)
Error at file D:\practice\ColorDoc.xml,
line 1, char 81, Message: Element 'Chapter' was used in the DOCTYPE but
never declared
line 2, char 43, Message: Root element different from DOCTYPE


And what confuses me all the more, I click OK in the Validation of XML file
failed Continue box, and the formatted structured FrameMaker document
appears. It looks exactly like the one pictured on pg 79.

So if you have completed the exercises without getting any errors, please
zip up your practice folder and email it to me directly.
