Opening a PDF document from a program




All:

A programmer just asked me if it was possible to request Acrobat to open a
document at a particular page from an application.  I searched the
PlanetPDF archives, Acrobat help, and the Acrobat PDF Bible, but could find
no mention of the topic.

I assume you can create a named destination with a newlink command in a
Hyperlink marker.  But how do you call the page from a program, say, by
pressing the F1 key in a dialogue?  (Shlomo, are you reading ... ?)
