Bizarre graphics problem

I am having a problem with displaying graphics on FrameMaker 6.0. I've done
the research, seen a lot of problems and fixes, but never this one.

This is what's happening: I just converted from NT 4 to Windows 2000.
Installed all the upgrades, service packs, etc. FrameMaker, which under NT 4
had been happily displaying my imported screen shots, now only displays the
frame around the graphic, supplied when I did the screen shots in Snagit.
The area inside is white. If I click on any of these shots, it opens the
graphic in all of its original glory in Corel Photo-Paint. If I print it in
Acrobat, the screen shot appears. If the screen shot is part of a Visio
diagram it is also white. When I double-click to bring up the diagram in
Visio, the graphic is in white until I refresh Visio by minimizing and then
restoring the window, after which it appears fine.

I've heard of the gray boxes, the out of memory errors, etc., etc. This is
not the problem. The problem is that the graphic displays only as a white
rectangle frame by a black border, courtesy of Snagit, in FrameMaker. It
prints fine in Frame, it just doesn't display. It displays fine in every
other program, just not in FrameMaker. I've checked all the settings,
including View > Options > Display Graphics and reinstalled FrameMaker.

Hardware: Dell Pentium III, 750 Mghz processor, 32 Mb video card.

Any clues greatly appreciated.
