RE: CD booklet and tray templates

I also have FM templates for a jewel-case document, and in addition, a
template for a ROMvelope.

What's a ROMvelope? It's a jewel-case sized booklet that works great for a
getting started or quick-install guide, and includes a place for the CD.
Less expensive than a separate booklet and a plastic jewel case, good for
low-budget companies looking to save a few bucks in production, especially
if they have large production runs. Can you tell I've been there? The
cover page has a 3-inch hole cut in it so the CD label shows through.

There's a Sony document on http://sdm.sony.com/specs/doc000064/index.html.
There
doubtless others from authoritative sources. I just found this one by chance
one
day; I've never had the need for it.
