Subject: Where's the color?

I just created my first book PDF with Acro 5.0.5 (using FM 6 on NT 4). Most of the colored graphics come out *gray*, as do *all* the links. The graphics are mostly EPS and EMF formats. The only color I'm getting is on one bitmap graphic and an EPS design embedded (not referenced) on the master page of the Title file. The Distiller printer instance is set for color, the Distiller job option is set for 'leave colors unchanged.' Is anyone else experiencing this? I don't remember having this problem with Acro 4, which I'm tempted to reinstall at this point.
