Of course, any EDD can be exported as a DTD, but all of the format rules would be lost. However, since the EDD itself is a structured document, it certainly should be possible to develop a DTD from the EDD for EDD's, and then export an EDD instance to an SGML instance of that DTD. The template for importing the SGML instance of any EDD into FrameMaker+SGML would be the EDD for EDDs. Interesting idea.
