!lR     rehyphenate document (where ! stands for the Esc key)

Also:

!jh     turn on hyphenation (in a paragraph)
!jn     turn off hyphenation (in a paragraph)
!l-     show hyphenation of word
!ns     suppress hyphenation

I got these from a very useful message posted by Phil Huston. Phil's
original listing was sent as an attachment so it doesn't appear in
the archives, but it was posted again by Joanne Grey. You can find
it in the PIK Framers archives at:

In the Subject field, enter
   shortcuts AND bashers

... then click [start search]. Several messages will be returned.
Select the first, "Shortcuts: WAS Frame bashers; LONG 07 May 1997"
and click [fetch documents].

Note that Phil compiled this list in 1996, so any shortcuts added
since about Frame 5.1 won't be there.
