Mif2Go: Substituting Graphics, Removing Bolds and titles - How do I...

Greetings.

I am very new with Mif2Go (having just cracked it open yesterday - and yes
I've purchased the software), but I've been trying to get these two problems
solved *without* having to resort to a search and replace throughout the
list of files.

I'm using Mif2Go to convert a large FrameMaker book to MS HTML Help. I've
read, and re-read the help file; maybe I'm missing something?

If anyone can suggest some answers (even guesses at this point) I'd really
appreciate it.

Q1. How do you substitute graphics from one file format to another?
I'm using Graphics Workshop to convert BMPs to GIFs.
The file names are the same in the FrameMaker source as they are in the HTML
files, except that I need the extension to change from .bmp to .gif

I have tried using:
	[Graphics]
	UseOriginalGraphicName=Yes
As 19.3.1.4 (pg318) in the help suggests - but this leaves my graphic files
as named .bmp

When I add the line:
	GraphicSuffix=gif

My graphic files are still named *.bmp instead of *.gif

Q2. How do you remove the bold from html tags?
I see no command for suppressing a character tag in the mif2go ini file.
Is there any other way than modifying the template used in the book?

Q3. How do I set the title of a file?
The first file (before the split) has a title of "Test file for MIF2Go".
It starts with the paragraph style Chapter.number (which is set to delete)
and is immediately followed by Chapter.name, which is identified in the
HtmlStyle section of the mif2htm.ini file:

	[HtmlStyles]
	Chapter.name=Title
	Head1=Title Split

I want the file title to be equal to the Chapter.name.
Also I want the Chapter.name to appear in the file as a H1.
It currently does not, even though I have:

	[ParaStyles]
	Chapter.name=H1

in the ini file.

I have other, minor problems - but these three are the biggest.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
