Not built into FrameMaker, you have to use a separate utility.

You could also make a FrameScript, or find one already written,
if you have purchased the FrameScript product. For example, see

FrameScript is available for both Windows and Mac.
On Mac, there is also AppleScript support for these kind of problems.
