FM+SGML6.0, IXgen, Win2K. Cross posted FreeFramers and FrameUsers. I inherited a book with no Index (major bad). Want to use Glossary to create Keyword list for IXgen. Glossary not created with markers. I've never created or run scripts, and have only been using FM for 9 months. Bear with the newbie Q's, and searching archives yielded too many potential postings to be useful. Glossary constructed consistently with GlossTerm element for terms themselves, and GlossDef for the, definition. GlossTerm doesn't show as either a Para Tag or a Char tag, so I can't directly create markers from the elements using IXgen. Tried to convert GlossTerm element to something not used in doc, such as Screen Para Tag and then use IXgen to create markers, and this didn't work. I have no idea why it didn't, it should have, I think. Then I would have changed them back. My next tact would be to select all of the GlossTerm elements and use this for the Keywords. How can I select all GlossTerm elements? They are, of course, mixed in with other elements. I am on digest, so please cc directly, TIA!
