I think the Track Changes plug in would add a lot more flexibility... if it worked. We ran into memory leaks, unexplained crashes, and an inability to track changes made with the find-and-replace tool or with scripts. We tried several versions but gave up on the 1.5 beta.... I don't know of any way to make FM spit out a report that summarizes changes. But you can use the Compare Documents command to mark the differences between two docs. It uses the Added and Deleted conditional text. The command is in File > Utilities.
