Hi Jane,

The autonumber in the LOT is incorrect. <$chapnum> will return the value of 
the current chapter number; that is, the value of <$chapnum> for the LOT 
file. That's not what you want. Modify the TableTitleLOT definition in the 
LOT flow on the reference pages to look like this:

Table <$paranumonly>: <$paratext>....................<$chapnum>.<$pagenum>

Remove the autonumbering from the TableTitleLOT paragraph style.
