No, I don't, but I'm finding same tools now for myself. 'Watch Your Back' has a good rating in shareware.com, few people in our company use it as far as I know. Take a look at http://www.grinningshark.com for details. Die to many cases I use Outlook Express instead of full Outlook. OE requred the add-on like "Duplicate E-mail Eliminator" and some extra money (http://www.sperrysoftware.com/outlook_express.htm). Dimitry, have you tried this? Any conflicts with virus scanners or anything? Try this, if you use Microsoft Outlook, not Outlook Express. http://www.grinningshark.com/ftp/wyb/WYB.zip == Watch Your Back! protects your Microsoft Outlook or Exchange inbox ... Furthermore, it includes a "Duplicate Blocker", which will delete duplicate messages as soon as they enter your inbox - this is useful if you frequently receive duplicate postings from mailing lists. The program can be installed as standalone or integrate into Outlook as a floating toolbar or menu item == -----Original Message----- From: Dick Gaskill To: 'Sue Ellen Adkins'; 'Jeremy H. All messages from both framers lists get routed to one folder so they don't fill up my in-box. It's easy to scan them that way and delete duplicates. The option is on the "Really Miscellaneous" settings/options page. sue ellen At 6:12 PM -0800 2/6/02, Dick Gaskill wrote: >Jeremy H.
