Hi Oran,

The keyboard shortcut you seek is ... Return.

Once you select the Delete button with the mouse (deleting the first 
selected tag), Delete becomes the default button selection. (Note the 
bolder border around the button itself.)

Pressing Return reselects whatever the default is. Leaning on Return when 
Delete is the default button kills the catalog.
