Does anyone have any experience in using exportFilters through the API? This is in relation to saving a file as text with a certain text encoding. I am now thinking that if I save the file as a FV_SaveFmtFilter and set the FS_SaveFileTypeHint I might be able to do what I would like. In looking though the FDK docs I found that there are a number of FP_ImportHint Strings and I can use them to set the FS_SaveFileTypeHint but I am not having much luck. Primarily because it does not seem that Frame has the filters I need registered. I can get a list of the exportFilters by querying the FO_Session object but none of the ones in the list are what I need. So my question is twofold.... am I on the right track? Does anyone know how to add new exportFilters to the FO_Session object?
