Removing ALL formats

Anyone have a FrameScript (or any other tool) that removes ALL format
/user information from a book (or even just a file)?

There are several ways to clean out the paragraph and character tag catalogs
in individual files, but I'd also like to blow away color definitions, table
formats, and user variables with a single command...
and I'd like to do it in a book.
