Character Formats in Cross-References

Hello Framers,

Is there any way to get character formats to show up in cross-references? I
have a paragraph like this.

<Emphasis>ACME</Emphasis> Widgets

When I cross-reference this paragraph, the Emphasis does not show in the
cross-reference.

See "ACME Widgets" on page 3.

Is this a known issue and are there any workarounds? Thanks in advance.
