What EDD template do you use?

FM+SGML Users,
  I know that several of us have modified the metatemplate (template
for EDDs) that comes with FM+SGML. I put my version on my web site
where it is available to download. Just out of curiosity, how many
of you have your own version, how many use mine, and how many just
use the one that comes with the software?
