Subject: Help system for add-ins

We have developed quite a few add-ins for our writers in FrameMaker and now wish to have a help system for those specific add-ins. Ideally we want a writer to be able to select Cognos Writer's Help in the help menu and have our own .hlp file open. No problem getting it in the menu but I am not sure how to get the file to open. I tried making a simple .dll that makes a call to winhlp32 and opens our file using the system call available in C but then the .dll is hung until the writer closes the help file. I read in the fdk that I could make it work by setting a context sensitive help value for each of our add-ins but I don't want the writers to have to do the whole shift&F1 then select a Cognos add-in deal, I want it as simple for them as possible. I am sure this can be done but I haven't figured it out yet. Does anyone have any ideas out there? Thank you in advance.
