She just gave me more information. The actual error messages she's getting are as follows. "The application or DLL D:\autoplay\Xtras\BUDAPI.X32 is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette." Then: "Script error: Handler not defined #baRegister" Any ideas? Is this a Windows problem or a Frame problem?
