Hedley,

You need the latest PostScript driver for Windows NT 4, AdobePS 5.1.2.
It solves this problem. It is available from the Adobe web site as part
of the Adobe Universal Windows Driver Installer 1.0.2. Download and run
that and your driver will be updated. Problem goes bye bye!
