HTML links from multiple page refs in an index

Hi,
I'm trying to use Frame's (5.5.6) native HTML output to webify a
document with an index. In the index, some items refer to multiple pages
in the document.  For example:

northern lights, 2, 7, 15

When I output to HTML, only the last reference (15) becomes a hypertext
link. Is there a way to have Frame create a separate link for each page
ref in an index item?
