(for additional info, see my review of PDF-related features in FM6.0, at http://www.microtype.com/resources/FM6-PDF.pdf). Most likely, this fix caused another problem: links on master pages were not carried over to PDF, which was fixed in the recent patch to FM6.0/FMSGML 6.0.
