Read Chapter 19, Processing Multiple Files as Books, of the on-line manual 
entitled
FrameMaker+SGML Developer's Guide. In particular, under Default Translation,
read the section entitled "On Import to FrameMaker+SGML", and the 
description of
the Generate Book read/write rule in Chapter 19.

It does not appear, however, that there is any way to specify, in advance, 
the name
of the book file to be created on import to FM+SGML.
