SHORT ANSWER: No

LONG ANSWER: All this is done automatically if you create an EDD in FM+SGML
that allows multi-level nesting of list elements, section headings, etc..
Not only will the proper indent (and autonumbering if applicable) be
reflected, but if you decide such an element to another position at another
level within the structure, the indentation and autonumbering will
automatically be updated.
