If you know a little MS Access, you can set up a mini-program to automatically delete your unused files. You can use the RunApp command in a macro to create your lists of files in your directories (just type the DOS command in the RunApp parameter box). You can then import those and your generated list of included graphics files into an Access table. Then run a "find unmatched" query to generate a table of orphaned graphics. Finally, wrap the query output in a report that contains "delete " as a preface to each orphaned graphic, save the report as a text batch file, and run the batch file. All our graphics are under source control, or I'd be doing this myself.... --Ananda Stevens ananda.stevens@windriver.com ** To unsubscribe, send a message to majordomo@omsys.com ** ** with "unsubscribe framers" (no quotes) in the body. **
