I'm curious to know what happens when you call one of those late-night 900 numbers and ask them about 'Quadralay'. Anyone else remember the item going around the Web a while back comparing tech support for MS Access from (a) Micro$oft and (b) Psychic Friends Network? Neither could actually troubleshoot the problem, but at least Psychic Friends Network was friendlier, had shorter hold times, and gave refunds if unsatisfied.
