I didn't find you "oblivious" at all - to the contrary, I found you sharp as the proverbial tack. Mr. Tatro seems to prefer GUI tools for writing HTML. I like a little more control over the output and prefer to read and write clean, legible HTML code. I've never liked using the FrontPage and RoboHelp GUIs because they keep my hands off the source. WebWorks, on the other hand, gives me precise control over the output code. Naive WWP users do indeed produce Help systems that are more online books than online help. The challenge is to learn the system well enough to generate great online help from a print-formatted source. Why write similar material twice and maintain it twice, when you can use conditional text to generate both deliverables from the same source? Mr. Tatro, you should know that Ms. O'Keefe is a valued contributor to this and other lists. In the future, you may want to be a little more careful. md. ** To unsubscribe, send a message to majordomo@omsys.com ** ** with "unsubscribe framers" (no quotes) in the body. **
