FrameMaker vs MS Word

Hi;

A few months back someone was compiling a list of differences between MS
Word and FrameMaker, as an aid in training new FrameMaker users.

I'm now in a similar position:  I will have to introduce some folks (MS
Word users, to be confirmed) to using FrameMaker correctly.  This means
they should follow our company's template, using the tags consistently and
correctly.

I've forgotten who was compiling the list. If that person could forward it
to me at etreijs@algorithmics.com I would muchly appreciate it.  Any
additional advice welcome as well.
