Batch compare

Hello gurus;
 
I had what I thought was an interesting request from one fo our developers.  He needs to compare several Frame docs and is wondering if there is anything that would allow him to do batch comparisons - between directories for example.
 
We're running Frame 5.5.6 on Windoze NT 4.0
