P.S. What PDF Writer doesn't do (at least on Frame 5.1) is turn Frame cross
references into Acrobat bookmarks, as does the long route (.ps file >
Distiller > PDF). If you use PDF Writer to produce individual pages as
workarounds, then handbuild the bookmarks for that page after inserting the
page into the PDF chapter. -Will
