PDFmark - Links to named destinations

Greetings!

Can anyone tell me how I can create a link to a named destination in another
file?

The pdfmark reference describes how to do this within one file but not
between documents.

Looking at a raw pdf file, the object structure is different and i can't
quite work out how to achieve this.

My aim is to get this working with the FrameMaker to Acrobat timesavers from
MicroType
