RE: Encore: draft of posting protocol

Agree on this count and the previous one.  It would be good to have in the
initial signup sent out by the Major (good thing he doesn't get tired), and
available through a query would be nice.  Our MUG has a list and we send
out a monthly "help" file that has all of the necessary list info, just in
case someone had trashed theirs.  A reminder.  That's another possibility.
We could anything deemed useful in such a periodical.  You just delete it
if you don't need it.  Just a thought.
