I believe Bruce Chizen has a few spare copies. You can contact him 
directly at Adobe Systems Incorporated, 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 
95110-270.

Failing that, eBay is about your only option. A Net search might throw 
up a dealer somewhere with copies left.
