RE: FrameMaker's Future



My client base does not require XML. There is no overlap in documentation. They will not pay for XML. To go through the whole Frame-to-XML migration for the sole purpose of getting to get to Epic would be pointless. As an independent, there are completely different factors I must use when determining what options to present to my clients. I haven't yet found any acceptable options. I don't plan to move from Frame any time soon, but I have to look ahead. One of these days, Frame 7.1 will simply no longer boot on whatever version of Windows it is asked to run on.
