SOLUTION: FM-WWP-HTMLHelp: Hypertext links in generated HTMLHelp show added meta-information

OK... found the solution buried in the WWP discussion list archives.

Solution was to map my "Link" char format to "Default", rather than
"WebJump".

Non-obvious, n'est-ce pas?
