There were separate versions of the FDK for 5.1, 5.5, 5.5.6 (2 versions), 
6.0, 7.0 (3 versions) and 7.1.

It is important to match the FrameMaker version with the FDK version 
because the changes may not be immediately apparent.  We noted a change in 
the number of parameters that one FDK function took between two versions of 
FrameMaker 7.0 (different patch numbers) and their corresponding FDKs.

I have a copy which I believe is the 5.1 FDK.  It is a 200kB zip file.  Let 
me know if you would like it.
