RE: What causes a new IX or TOC reference page to be created?



Steve,

Thanks for the tip, that seems to have worked ... For now.  I just wish
I knew what causes that to happen so that I can take measures to prevent
the template from getting "corrupted".

Try this solution from Berny Gagné (his example from the framers list is
LOF, but otherwise sounds the same). I've had the same problem in the
past and this process seems to correct it.
