Thread-topic: Opinions on images
I normally reference images to keep the document file size low. Also, many of my graphics are used in multiple documents and are modified regularly, since I deal mostly with products in development. Referencing is more advantageous in these circumstances. I also create an archive file of each doc after it's released so I have that rev's text and graphics permanently stored. What do people think about EMBEDDING images versus LINKING for documentation projects. There are some clear-cut reasons for both, but in general if you have a choice what do you do? In Frame, is there a way to convert all linked images to embedded (for example, upon reaching a release milestone)? ** To unsubscribe, send a message to majordomo@xxxxxxxxx ** ** with "unsubscribe framers" (no quotes) in the body. ** ** To unsubscribe, send a message to majordomo@xxxxxxxxx ** ** with "unsubscribe framers" (no quotes) in the body. **
