RE: FM 7.0 copy or cut to clipboard crash

Okay, I've narrowed this down somewhat. This should only affect Frame users who are also using MS ActiveSync (version 3.5, build 12007) to maintain a live USB-port connection to Outlook.

- You can avoid rebooting by shutting down MS ActiveSync (or unplugging the USB cable) and restarting Frame.
- You can copy/paste from one Frame file to another at least 25 times without error.
- Copying/pasting from MS Outlook messages to Frame can be done at least 8 times without error.
- Shutting down MS Outlook and restarting Frame still yields the crash as long as MS ActiveSync is running and/or the USB connection is active.

THE ISSUE: Copying/pasting from INSIDE a Frame file after copying "x" times from MS Outlook to Frame (with MS ActiveSync running) = internal error.

I do not know the exact value of "x." The order in which you open Frame, MS ActiveSync, or MS Outlook appears to have nothing to do with anything. Also, I did not receive any Windows message about exceeding the buffer limit the past two times.

In summary, this might be an issue for Dell or Microsoft instead.

Apologies for raising anyone's nape hairs with so many messages,
J
