Re: Deleted Left Master Page



The fix is to go back to Format > Page Layout > Pagination and change the
document to double-sided. That will add the Left master page. You will likely
have to format the page again, though.

This can happen if Format > Page Layout > Pagination got set to single-sided, at
either the chapter or book level. And book setings override chapter settings.
