Drag and dropping the 280+ files into an empty book via the Unix File Manager took about 5-6 minutes to complete using the FM7 Solaris and the SunBlade100 described in the earlier posting. This length of time is similar to the Add -> Add Files to Book (*.fm) method used in the earlier post, so the drag & drop method doesn't seem to take any longer. Thanks to Peter Gold for the reminder of the File Manager's drag & drop capability.
