Cannot write to specified print file

Hello Framers,

I am reluctantly using FrameMaker 7 for a client job. When I try to print a
Postscript file for PDF, it get the message

Cannot write to specified print file

If I Save as PDF, no PDF file is generated. Thanks in advance for any help
you can give.
