RE: Regular Expressions Utilities for Windows

TextPad is a great text editor that lets you use regular expressions. There
is no learning curve and it's well documented. Will a text editor do?

VI has a charityware Windows version at http://www.vim.org/download.php#pc .
If anything takes more than three keystrokes, there's probably a better way
to do it. Beware the learning curve if you're used to Notepad style text
editors.
