The TimeSavers does not include a Rollover utility. The original FrameMaker-
to-Acrobat Advanced Techniques had a few application notes (instructions
together functions/utilities which require the TimeSavers to run). Some of
these functions, together with a few new ones (popup menus, next/previous
topic buttons, presentation progress/navigation bar) are now available in
part (C) of the restructured FM-to-Acrobat course - Creating Interactive
PDFs using FrameMaker. Some examples of these are in the Showcase
section of www.microtype.com, or in the TimeSavers manual, available in the
TimeSavers section. (If there is interest, I'll make these available separately
from the course - but they all require TimeSavers to run.)

Technically, you can create Rollovers manually in Acrobat - even though
when you have more than a few activating buttons it becomes impractical.

has some instructions which I believe are valid for Acrobat 4 and 5 too:
