The best I can come up with is to open an intermediate Frame document and
use it as a conversion workspace.

1. In MSW, select the row(s) you wish to copy and choose Edit > Copy to the
clipboard (Ctrl-C).

2. In FrameMaker, using the intermediate document (Untitled1.fm), choose
Edit > Paste Special... and from the Paste Special dialog box choose Paste
As: Rich Text Format. This will recreate the MSW row(s) but as a
FrameMaker table.

3. Select the required row(s) in table just created in the Untitled1.fm
document and choose Edit > Copy (Ctrl-C).

4. Move to the target table in your working document and highlight the
row(s) you wish to replace. Choose Edit > Paste (Ctrl-V) and in the Paste
Rows dialog box choose Option: Replace Current Rows and then click on Paste.
