RE: Acrobat 5



Let me propose a reason, you might refer to it as "Berger's law": people
tend to suspect needed functions in the same place as in their favorite
(make that: most used) application.

E.g. "Tools / Options ..." is to the Joe white collar worker what Cmd +
k is to Jane creative designer.

Office XP (and also Office 2001 for the Mac) are quite clever
usability-wise with smart tags and quick-access panes. You ought to take
a second look at the latest generation of MS products ...

And to add to this, why is Adobe mimicing the Microsoft Office suite
interface? It has to be one of the worst interfaces designed.
