Re: Converting Templates -- 5.5.x to 6

I didn't see the answer through yesterday's incoming, so here you go:

For the header and footer, use either hard-coded text such as "INDEX", or 
an Xref that picks up the title paragraph -- your call.

For the generated files, use a hard-coded prefix on the TOC reference page, 
just as you describe.

For the person who wanted to use Appendix letters instead of chapter 
numbers in a Frame 6 book file (sorry -- I lost the message reference), set 
the chapter numbering to restart at 1 for the first appendix, then set the 
format to uppercase letters (A, B...). For subsequent appendices, just set 
the chapter numbering to increment.

A note -- be careful when using cross-references. It's possible to get 
Xrefs to a "Chapter A" if you're not careful with format definitions and 
their use.
