I would use the Print command in fmbatch, and use a printsettings file
to set it up to print to a PS file.
I would then use the "system" command in fmbatch to invoke ps2pdf on
the resulting PS file.
(That is, don't try to "print" directly to PDF using a ps2pdf "printer".)

I haven't tried it, but see no reason why it wouldn't work OK.
