SideHead Confusion

Double Post

Framers,

When I expand my sidehead from 1.0 to 1.5 the top header text box (1 of 2) gets bumped upward, while the bottom text box is unchanged. In other words, when I alter the sidehead my header formatting gets blasted. I'm confused about this relationship and need to rectify the situation. Can anyone shed light?
